Cloudphysician raises $4M in pre-Series A funding
Cloudphysician recently announced that it raised $4 million in its pre-Series A round of funding from Elevar Equity.
The startup plans on using the capital raised to expand its critical care footprint across the globe, develop solutions, and acquire commercial, medical, technology and data science talent.
Cloudphysician co-founder Dhruv Joshi said, “Cloudphysician’s approach is based on hundreds of hospital visits across the world and promises to alter the existing paradigm by delivering outcomes for patients, championing the needs of caregivers and driving a strong return on investment for our partner hospitals. We are delighted to have the backing and support of Elevar Equity on this journey of expanding critical care access globally.”
Founded in 2017 by Dr Dhruv Joshi and Dr Dileep Raman, Begaluru and Singapore-based Cloudphysician Healthcare is a global healthcare technology company that aims to solve the shortage of skilled ICU practitioners in the delivery of critical care.
Commenting on the investment, Elevar Equity founder Sandeep Farias said, “At Elevar, we look to back entrepreneurs building innovative distribution models that can dramatically expand the reach of essential products and services to the mass market.”
