Health tech start-up Healthplix launches mobile EMR app

Bengaluru- based health tech start-up Healthplix launches the mobile version of its AI- enabled EMR platform, which provides the doctors access on a real-time basis of their patients’ information.  Available on Android and iOS devices, it permits doctors to conduct virtual consultations, for which a doctor will be able to accept prepaid appointments and a site will be dedicated for appointment booking for the patients.

Through the app, the doctors can issue a digital visiting card, which gives a link to the patients to book appointments.

Founded in 2016 by Sandeep Gudibanda, Prasad Basavaraj and Raghuraj Sundar Raju, Healthplix technologies mobile EMR application also provides teleconsultations by the doctors to their patients, where the doctors prepare digital prescriptions in 30 seconds in over 20 different languages.

The app enables doctors to keep a digital record of their daily schedule and manage their appointments according to their availability. It also sends automated messages to the patients for follow-up appointments.

Healthplix technologies’ innovative mobile EMR application holds importance for the remote corners of the country, where the condition of health sector infrastructure is pretty grim.

As of now, the mobile EMR app has been accessed by doctors in over 350 Indian cities.
