For Building Tech For Diagnosis And Treatment Of Chronic Diseases, Jaipur-based healthtech startup: FutureCure Secures $4 Mn Funding

FutureCure Health, a Jaipur-based healthtech startup, bagged about $4 Mn in Series A funding round led by RVCF India Growth Fund, Kotak Investment Advisors Limited, Unicorn India Ventures, and others.
For developing technologies for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases such as migraine, dizziness, the funds raised in the round would be used.
Founder Rajneesh Bhandari said in a statement that the startup is also looking to use the funds in order to expand globally, starting with Europe, the Middle East and the Southeast Asian countries. For the startup, with the U.S. FDA approval being another major focus as it plans to gradually expand to the U.S. market as well.
A husband-wife engineer-doctor duo, Rajneesh Bhandari and Dr Anita Bhandari, founded FutureCure in 2019 aiming to help patients with chronic diseases including migraine, dizziness and tinnitus. The startup plans to launch different technologies such as wearable neuromodulation and biofeedback devices for such patients.

For treating vertigo and dizziness among patients in more than 150 clinics under the brand NeuroEquilibrium, the startup said it has successfully scaled up the technology.
Currently it has been claimed by the founders that it has six Indian patents and for various medical devices two U.S. patents.
A digital therapeutics app that would help patients with managing lifestyle changes for chronic diseases is also set to be launched by FutureCure. It has been claimed by the startup that the app would help manage lifestyle changes and also identify the triggers using AI. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) will also be provided by the app.
