Flexprice Raises $500K in Pre-Seed Round Led by TDV Partners to Power Next-Gen Billing Stack for AI Businesses

Open-source billing and metering platform Flexprice has secured $500,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by TDV Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm. The fresh capital will be used to scale the startup’s engineering team, accelerate integrations with major payment gateways, and deepen its open-source offerings for AI-native and SaaS businesses.

The funding round also attracted participation from several prominent angel investors and industry veterans. These include Brij Bhushan (Co-founder, magicpin), Gunjan Patidar, Ram Singla, and Pradyot Ghate (leadership at Zomato), Sandeep Gupta (Co-founder, Innovaccer), Akash Singh (ex-Co-founder, Observe.AI), and Harshit Dwivedi (Founder, Aftershoot).

Founded with the mission of simplifying modern billing infrastructure, Flexprice addresses a growing pain point for SaaS and API-first companies—especially those operating in the rapidly evolving AI sector. As businesses shift from static subscription models to dynamic, usage-based or hybrid billing models, traditional billing tools often fall short. This leaves engineering teams scrambling to build custom infrastructure for metering, entitlements, and billing logic—wasting precious development time.
