Edtech startup BrightChamps Marks first acquisition with Education10X

Goa-based essential skill learning edtech startup BrightChamps has denoted its first acquistion since its initiation in 2020 by getting edtech startup Education10x. The New Delhi-based edtech startup Education10x is education platform for kids.
BrightChamps has gained Education10x in a money and stock arrangement. The acquistion is in accordance with BrightChamps’ vision of giving a one-stop answer for future-prepared fundamental abilities to youngsters in the K-12 section.
The declaration comes two or three months after BrightChamps raised $63 Mn drove by Premji Invest, GSV Ventures, Binny Bansal, 021 Capital, and BEENEXT. The round helped the edtech startup to turn into a soonicorn with a $500 Mn valuation.
Discussing the acquisiton, Education10x is a 18 month old startup which was established by IIM Calcutta graduated class Gyan Tiwari, Prasanna N Muley, and Bhavishya Chaurasia. Education10x professes to have fostered the world’s first gamified finance program for kids and teens between the age gathering of 8 to 16 years. The startup’s intuitive educational program offers a live one-on-one class model by finance experts with CA and MBA degrees.
