D2C streetwear brand Indian Walker raises pre-seed round at Rs 20 Cr post-money valuation

Carry-first streetwear brand Indian Walker has raised an undisclosed amount in a pre-seed funding round from Palette Wealth Management (PWM) at a post-money valuation of Rs 20 crore.

The company is part of CoFounder Circle (CFC) Venture Studio, a consumer venture studio founded by entrepreneur Darpan Sanghvi. This is Indian Walker’s first institutional funding round.

The fresh capital will be used to fund inventory, expand its core categories and add new SKUs to its Level Up collection, Indian Walker said in a press release.

Founded last year by Md. Sakib, Delhi-based Indian Walker makes backpacks and other carry products. Its products are designed for daily commuting and are priced in the mid-premium segment.

The company said it plans to expand its core team across marketing, social media and operations. Over the next 24 months, Indian Walker is targeting Rs 100 crore in ARR and aims to build a customer base of more than 1 lakh.

The brand’s core backpacks are priced between Rs 2,000 and Rs 4,000. Its Level Up collection, led by the Stride backpack, has sold more than 10,000 units since launch, according to the company.

Indian Walker currently sells through its D2C website and plans to launch on Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra in the next quarter. It also plans to expand to quick commerce and other marketplace channels.

The Indian streetwear and contemporary fashion segment includes brands such as Bluorng, Huemn, Six5Six, Almost Gods, Gully Labs, The Souled Store and Freakins, among others.

In related funding activity, Snitch raised around Rs 340 crore ($40 million) in a round led by 360 ONE Asset last year. Gully Labs raised Rs 30 crore in a Series A round in January 2026, led by Saama Capital with participation from Zeropearl VC. D2C denim brand Freakins had earlier raised $4 million from Matrix Partners India, Blume Ventures and other investors.
