Clover Infotech acquires a 25% stake in Data Science Wizards


Clover Infotech, an IT services and consultancy firm, has purchased a 25% stake in Mumbai-based AI startup Data Science Wizards (DSW) for INR 15.22 crore.

Clover Infotech will be able to offer specific and concentrated data science and artificial intelligence (AI) skills to its customers as a result of the strategic investment in DSW, according to Javed Tapia, chairman of Clover Infotech.

Clover Infotech, which was founded in 1994, has helped customers with enterprise application administration, data and analytics, legacy modernization, automation, cybersecurity, and cloud services.

DSW customers will benefit from the investment in terms of automation, insight discovery, and smarter decision making. DSW is a platform-as-a-service startup that focuses on AI and data analytics tools as well as consulting services to assist businesses in making data-driven decisions.

 Data Science Wizards

UnifyAI, for example, is one of the company’s products for helping businesses design and orchestrate AI-enabled use cases. According to the startup, once integrated, it assists enterprises in finding and integrating data sources, constructing a uniform data pipeline, mapping features in stores, and implementing case-specific ML algorithms.

According to its website, DSW receives 2.5 million monthly visits and has taught 776K members in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics solutions.
