Kriti Sanon, who began her Bollywood career with the film ‘Heropanti,’ marked eight years in the profession today, and to commemorate the occasion, the actress also ventured into entrepreneurship for the first time, announcing the launch of her fitness app, ‘The Tribe’.
The ‘Luka Chuppi’ actress introduced the app on Instagram, revealing that she discovered her enthusiasm for fitness while filming the film ‘Mimi’ and the physical change she had undergone for the part, and that all that is required for fitness is motivation. On Instagram, the actress posted photographs of herself and her teammates wearing identical workout gear and wrote, “They say Your Vibe Attracts Your Tribe”.
The actress also wrote in the caption that she began her career as an actor in the Hindi film business eight years ago with the support of those who believed in her and gave her wings to soar. And on this day, precisely 8 years later, on the same day. She is elated to announce her journey as an Entrepreneur with her three extremely brilliant co-founders Anushka Nandani, Karan Sawhney, and Robin Behl since they start their Passion Project ‘The Tribe.’
The actress said that she had to gain 15 kgs and then lose them for her ‘Mimi’ part and that she had to do so during lockdown when most gyms were closed. During this time, Robin, Karan, and Anushka assisted her in charting a fitness path, and she became more devoted to the trip.
Sanon went on to say in another social media post that All someone need is a drive, sound advice, and someone who can make working out enjoyable regardless of where you are. The venture believes in pushing oneself to be the greatest and fittest version of themselves whether it’s through in-studio, group/personal, or virtual sessions with some of the coolest, youngest, and fittest trainers that will not only push the boundaries but also make workouts very enjoyable.
