Better.com CTO Diane Yu steps down after 16 months on the job

In the voluntary separation plan that the digital mortgage lender offered earlier this week CTO Diane Yu is among employees agreeing to take part, though the report she will stay on as an adviser. After leaving a similar role at Comcast, Yu joined the company in January 2021. What happened at Better.com’s December meeting where it laid off 900 employees, was discussed in the news that follows yesterday’s story.
