Beginning on November 16, 300 startups from 16 cities will attend the Bengaluru Tech Summit


The three-day Bengaluru Tech Summit, which kicks off on November 16 and features about 2000 entrepreneurs from across India, is Karnataka’s premier technology event and is commemorating its silver jubilee year.

A big tech event will be hosted on the Bangalore Palace Grounds, where some 300 startups will showcase their products. Their products are targeted at both the business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets, Karnataka’s IT/BT Minister CN Ashwath Narayan told the media on Tuesday. With around 570 exhibitors, the summit will be the largest meeting of start-ups and unicorns to present their advancements, according to the minister.92 startups are in the IT sector, 60 are in the biotech sector, 15 are in the AI & ML and new age innovation community, 14 are in edutech & fintech, 10 are in electronics and mobility, and 11 are in cybersecurity.

Startups from every stage, including biotech, AI & ML, and IT, will have booths in specific clusters. BTS 2022’s main topic, “Tech4NexGen,” will concentrate on electronics, IT, deep tech, biotech, and startups. AI, hybrid clouds, 5G, edge computing, fintech, ESG, area tech, semiconductor manufacturing, EV and mobility, and AVGC will be the main topics covered in the ITE and deep tech class. Digital public goods, fintech, robots, women in tech, capital from VCs, social entrepreneurship, and grassroots innovation will be the main topics of the startup class. Startups from 16 cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Vadodara, have confirmed their participation in the show.

According to Ashwath Narayan, the show is free to attend.According to the Minister, his state is leading India in cultivating a robust startup ecosystem, with unicorns predominantly based there accounting for 55% of the country’s total unicorn valuation. The event will be opened by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a pre-recorded statement, while French President Emmanuel Macron will almost certainly take part. Other notable people from the present include and digital economy minister for the United Arab Emirates, Omar Bin Sultan Al Olama Tim Watts, Australia’s assistant minister for foreign affairs, Petri Honkonen, Finland’s minister of culture and science, Martin Schroeter, chairman of Kyndryl in the United States, and Naveen Tiwari, the creator of Inmobi. More than 70 events attracting 5,000 business attendees will be handled by more than 350 local consultants from more than 20 countries. Karnataka expects 575 exhibitors to draw more than 50,000 visitors to the expo. France, Australia, Canada, Finland, Denmark, South Korea, United Kingdom, Sweden, Netherlands, Israel, Germany, NRW, Switzerland, Japan, European Union, Lithuania, Poland, and Thailand are a few of the cooperating nations.
