Adtech Startup Zocket raises $3 Mn in a seed round via Kalaari Capital to Help SMBs Optimise Ad Spends

Zocket, an Adtech startup, raised about $3 Mn in a seed funding round led by Kalaari Capital with participation from Kettleborough VC.
In order to promote their offerings across multiple digital platforms, the SMBs have been helped by Zocket.
The proceeds in order to expand product offering, improve brand building, bolster the team and launch its full-fledged adtech solution for the SMBs has been planned by the startup.
Zocket was founded by second-time entrepreneurs – Karthik Venkateswaran, Nandha Kumar Ravi, Sundar Natesan, and Mukund Srivathsan in the year 2021. Businesses have been helped by Zocket in order to launch their digital ads in less than 30 seconds.

To generate the best ad copy, visual design, and platform for any SMB, its proprietary tech stack combines ~150 variables. Based on business category, location, intended target audience profile, expected spend, and other such parameters the algorithm generates a real-time visualisation of any business’ social profile.
Within a week of its launch, its beta version has garnered 5,000+ users, said the startup. Initially, the product was given on an invite-only basis to over 100+ brands in order to run social media ads who have seen up to ~4x to 6x return on ad spends.
GoBumpr, the Zocket’s product has been scaled up to 10+ cities driving customer footfalls to more than 5,000+ small automobile workshops. However, the startup said after-market player in 2021 GoBumpr was completely acquired by a traditional automobile.
There are approximately 400 Mn SMBs globally, and in all aspects for these businesses the adtech solutions shall be at the cusp of digital disruption, according to the startup.
