Funding Alert Press Release

Ultrahuman raises $70 Mn from Qualcomm, Alpha Wave, Nexus and others

Wearable tech startup Ultrahuman has raised $70 million in a funding round led by Qualcomm Ventures, with participation from Labcorp, Alpha Wave, Blume Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, Alteria and other investors.

The Bengaluru-based company said it will use the capital for product development across sensing, AI, miniaturised electronics, health algorithms, clinical science and research.

Entrackr exclusively reported about the round on Tuesday based on Ultrahuman’s regulatory filings.

Entrackr’s earlier estimates pegged the company’s post-money valuation at around $363 million, a 65% jump from its previous Series B valuation. Ultrahuman had previously raised $35 million in Series B funding and $17.5 million in Series A funding in October 2022.

Ultrahuman said it plans to evolve from a wearable health company into a human-computer interface company built around data from the human body. Its platform combines data from the Ultrahuman Ring, Blood Vision, M1/M2 Live continuous glucose monitoring, Ultrahuman Home and Jade AI system. These products track physiological, biochemical, metabolic and environmental data.

The company has also added research initiatives such as Pulsomics, an opt-in platform that allows Ring users to participate in health studies. Its current programmes focus on sleep, VO₂ Max and glucose metabolism. Other features include AFib Detection, Cycle & Ovulation Pro and cardiovascular fitness age, along with PowerPlugs for additional health-related capabilities.

Ultrahuman reported Rs 565 crore in revenue and Rs 73 crore profit after tax in FY25. The company had projected revenue of around Rs 1,000 crore for FY26 as it looked to expand further in international markets.

Ultrahuman was founded by Mohit Kumar and Vatsal Singhal, who sold their logistics startup Runnr to Zomato in 2017.
