Say Earth, Ministry of Jal Shakti to Host ‘Neer Dialogue 1.0’ in Delhi on March 24

New Delhi: Say Earth, founded by Ramveer Tanwar, in collaboration with Delhi Technological University and under the aegis of the Ministry of Jal Shakti, will host Neer Dialogue 1.0, an international seminar on water management and circular economy, on March 24 in the national capital.

The event is being positioned as a multi-stakeholder platform bringing together policymakers, international experts, researchers, and industry leaders to deliberate on sustainable water solutions and the transition towards a circular water economy.

With water resources facing increasing pressure due to climate change, population growth, and urbanisation, the seminar will focus on moving away from linear consumption models towards systems based on reuse, recycling, and regeneration of water ecosystems, as outlined in the concept framework.

The speaker lineup reflects a mix of global and domestic expertise. Confirmed speakers include Kim Hor Toh (Singapore), Yuval Chen (Israel) of Shambhala, former Delhi Jal Board member R.S. Tyagi, Rutik Parmar of Sneh-Shilp, and water law expert Dr. Avdesh Pratap.

The programme will also feature two structured panel discussions. The first panel, focused on urban water governance and policy, will include Ajay Gupta (NDMC), Dr. Pravin Kumar (National Clean Ganga Mission), Bhupesh Kumar (Delhi Jal Board), R.M. Bharadwaj (CPCB), and Harish Kansal (UP Jal Nigam).

The second panel will centre on industry-led innovation and implementation, with participants including Rajneesh Chaudhary (PVR Aqua), Dr. Vijay Gurjar (Sharda Health Cares), Bharat Sharma (CSR Head, Bacardi), and representatives from the skilling ecosystem including Praveen Kumar Rajbhar, Founder & CEO- SkillingYou.

Organisers said the seminar will cover key themes such as lake and pond restoration, water conservation in agriculture, urban water sustainability, and emerging technologies in water recycling. It is expected to see participation from 150–200 delegates, including government officials, academicians, NGOs, and international experts.

A felicitation ceremony is also planned to recognise individuals and organisations contributing to water conservation and environmental sustainability, reinforcing the role of community-led initiatives.

The event is supported by Startup Story as media partner and SkillingYou as knowledge partner, aiming to expand its outreach across policy, startup, and youth ecosystems.

Neer Dialogue 1.0 will be held from 10 am to 4 pm at Pragyan Hall, Delhi Technological University.
