Doctor Anywhere, Lumens Group Partner to Supercharge Singapore Home Healthcare

Doctor Anywhere, Southeast Asia’s leading tech-enabled healthcare provider, has deepened its collaboration with Lumens Group, Singapore’s mobility powerhouse, through a new Memorandum of Understanding to deliver seamless home-based medical care across the island nation.

The partnership combines Doctor Anywhere’s Doctor House Call services – offering consultations, vaccinations, and post-treatment follow-ups – with Lumens Group’s professionally managed vehicle fleet via its Lylo platform. Medical teams gain reliable transportation that slashes logistical headaches, enabling doctors to focus purely on patient care rather than navigating peak-hour traffic or vehicle coordination.

Singapore’s ageing population and national Age Well SG initiative demand this evolution. Seniors, new parents, and recovering patients increasingly prefer care where they live over stressful clinic visits. Lumens manages one of Singapore’s largest commercial fleets, ensuring medical professionals reach patients safely and punctually even during monsoons or circuit breaker scenarios.

Doctor Anywhere CEO Ivin Yew emphasized accessibility begins before doctors arrive: “Preventive care and continuity matter most for families managing infant vaccinations or elders ageing at home.” Lumens’ Marcus Low called mobility the invisible infrastructure creating healthcare access.

The tie-up supports Singapore’s shift toward community-based care, letting medical teams serve more patients daily through optimized routing and vehicle readiness. As home healthcare demand surges, this operational backbone proves essential services thrive through unlikely alliances – when doctors arrive exactly when needed, partnerships become lifelines.
