D2C Brands Fashion Fundig Alert

Stylox Fashion Secures ₹3 Crore from Fashion Entrepreneur Fund to Fuel D2C Expansion

Denim and casual wear brand Stylox Fashion has raised ₹3 crore in funding from the Fashion Entrepreneur Fund (FEF) following its impactful appearance on Pitch To Get Rich, a fashion business reality show produced by FEF and Dharmatic Entertainment, currently streaming on Jio Hotstar.

The investment marks a pivotal milestone in Stylox’s growth journey, enabling the homegrown fashion brand to expand its direct-to-consumer (D2C) and retail footprints across India while strengthening its inventory and supply capabilities.

Co-founders Ritika and Vishal Mehra expressed that the funding would help double the brand’s retail presence—from 50 to 100 stores by the end of the financial year—and elevate its engagement directly with consumers through leading e-commerce platforms such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Styli (UAE), and its own online store.

“Our focus is clear — to double our revenue and grow from 50 to 100 stores by the end of this financial year. The investment will accelerate both our retail expansion and strengthen our D2C presence,” said the co-founders.

Initially operating as a B2B supplier to retailers, Stylox Fashion has successfully transitioned into a D2C-driven brand, creating stylish yet affordable denim and casual wear for India’s new-age consumers. The company’s emphasis on premium quality at competitive pricing has helped it gain a loyal following in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

The brand’s feature on Pitch To Get Rich—judged by Akshay Kumar, Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra, and Malaika Arora—brought industry-wide recognition to its business potential. The show’s mission aligns with FEF’s broader goal of empowering India’s next generation of fashion entrepreneurs with capital and mentorship opportunities.

FEF’s investment in Stylox underscores the growing investor confidence in India’s fashion-tech and D2C ecosystem, signaling a strong appetite for brands that blend affordability, authenticity, and scalability in the evolving fashion retail landscape.
