How This New Delhi Ed Tech Startup Is Revolutionizing Education In India ?

“I always wanted do something big and contribute to India’;s educational sector,” says Rishabh Ranjan founder of Xcitedu Software Solutions in a conversation with Startup Story 

 About The Founder And The Beginning

Rishabh Ranjan is a  serial entrepreneur, who is willing to create decentralized streamlined technical advancements. He has five-plus years of experience in the IT industry. He has been an Engineer, Economist, Startup founder of five companies to be precise, a Businessman, Entrepreneur, and an author. “I firmly believe if India’s educational system would have done their work properly, then we would not have been in the picture! All people need is an experience!” shares Ranjan. He then realized that education was a much bigger problem in India. They just follow anything that is trending- Tic-toc, pubg, or such platforms! As an ed-tech company, it was their responsibility to spread education and keep enlightening uneducated and poor people, where at times it becomes extremely difficult for parents even to pay the fee. This led to the foundation of  Xcitedu Software Solutions Private Limited, an entity based out of Delhi, India, which has now extended to more than 40 countries. 

About The Name And Product 

Naming the company got extremely difficult for Ranjan and the team. They had to scroll down more than 2000 words and had to do thorough research and finally came up with XcitEducation. The vision was absolutely clear, to help students, planning to move abroad. “I would rather say that we’re an IT company under the umbrella of an ed-tech open-source community! Where the whole intent remains to cover up the student’s body in general, coming from any background!” explains Ranjan. “It is a sort of Gurudwara! Where you aren’t asked about your religion! It’s your will! We’re going to serve you in any case with the healthy prashad.” Ranjan shares enthusiastically. They offer one-to-one online teaching, that too 5 days a week. On the completion of the course, proper training is offered. 

Customer Experience And Team 

Ranjan said that they wanted their customer experience to be the best,a dn followed the Amazon service guidelines, to up their game. They have a team of around 500+ people, and that just happened within 9 months of incorporation. “One thing is for sure during this pandemic time, We have created an opportunity for 500+  youngsters. Still are continuously working for the same,” says Ranjan 

Inspiration 

“The biggest spoiler of life is death, do something about it before you see one! At the end of the day, all that matters is that you are going back to your bed without any sort of guilt for not making an impact! You guys are into business, and one sure thing that is going to fall into the picture is money, try to focus on the impact you are going to bring to society. We’ve got our NGO division where we try to help out those students who have Terribly failed the Indian Education System, completely for free!” says Rishabh Ranjan, founder of Xcitedu Software Solutions.
