Zoho Launches Zoho Practice, a Comprehensive Practice Management Solution for Chartered Accountants

Indian SaaS company Zoho unveiled Zoho Practice, a free end-to-end practice management solution tailored for chartered accountants (CAs). The software is designed to serve as a centralized platform, offering CAs a seamless approach to streamline their firm’s workflows and enhance collaboration both internally and with clients.

Sivaramakrishnan Iswaran, Global Head at Zoho Finance and Operations Suite, highlighted the company’s evolution over the past 15 years, emphasizing their journey from an invoicing solution to a comprehensive Finance Platform with a robust ecosystem. Iswaran stated, “Today, we have launched Zoho Practice to serve one of the most critical stakeholders in the financial ecosystem—the Chartered Accountants. Our aim is to help them increase productivity and achieve operational efficiency, so that they can focus on growing their firm.”

Zoho Practice stands out as an all-encompassing solution for CAs, featuring client management, document management, task management, timesheet, and billing capabilities. The application introduces industry-first features crafted for distributed firms, including advanced collaboration through chat, voice, or video calls, and document sharing. Additionally, it incorporates AI-driven anomaly detection to swiftly identify inconsistencies in transactions, facilitating prompt rectification.

Notably, the practice management solution comes pre-integrated with Zoho Books (accounting app), Zoho Expense (travel and expense management app), and Zoho Payroll (payroll management app). This integration creates a comprehensive central repository, fostering seamless interoperability between an accountant’s practice and their client’s finance and operations.

CA Sanjib Sanghi, Chairman EICASA and Vice Chairman EIRC of ICAI, acknowledged the challenges faced by CAs in managing diverse tasks. Sanghi noted, “Zoho Practice is a complete solution that consolidates all these important aspects, simplifying a CA firm’s day-to-day operations, equipping them with the insights needed to provide exemplary services, and helping them manage their team efficiently.”
