T-Hub and Berkadia Partner to Drive Innovation in Indian Startup Ecosystem

T-Hub, the top innovation ecosystem in India, has partnered with Berkadia, a renowned commercial real estate firm, to promote knowledge exchange, growth, and innovation within the Indian startup ecosystem. The two-year alliance entails active participation by Berkadia in T-Hub’s membership program.
Berkadia, a prominent commercial real estate company, will have the opportunity to connect with T-Hub’s extensive network of startups through their recent partnership. The two-year alliance will focus on mentorship, networking, pitch analysis, business reviews, design assessments, technical discoveries, and market analysis to drive innovation in the Commercial Real Estate industry, generating value.
The collaboration will enable valuable networking and knowledge sharing with other startups and corporate partners. Furthermore, T-Hub’s startups will have access to Berkadia’s network of startups, based on their respective focus areas, creating opportunities for cooperation and potential business expansion.
During the two-year alliance, the program aims to establish connections between at least 40-56 startups and Berkadia. The program will encompass a range of activities such as sensitization meetings, scouting, screening, evaluation, curated marketing campaigns, outreach, call for applications, specialized jury members, and pitch day. By providing a platform for startups to demonstrate their solutions, the program seeks to promote collaboration between Berkadia and startups, leading to growth and development.
Mahankali Srinivas Rao (MSR), the CEO of T-Hub, “expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration with Berkadia to foster innovation and entrepreneurship. The alliance aims to facilitate connectivity between T-Hub’s startups and Berkadia’s resources and network, enabling them to collaborate and establish new opportunities.
