CleverTap and Storyly collaborates to provide real-time personalized user journeys


The user engagement platform Storyly, which embeds immersive, full-screen tales in mobile apps and websites, has announced its integration with CleverTap, the worldwide B2B SaaS platform for client engagement and retention. 

With this integration, marketers will find it simpler to combine the strengths of the two platforms to deliver data-driven, real-time, individualised user flows for their most compelling campaigns. 

CleverTap is a tool that combines audience analytics, deep segmentation, multi-channel interaction, product suggestions, and automation to meet the demands of retention and growth teams. TesseractDB, a database designed specifically for customer contact that offers speed and scale economies, powers the platform.

The popular full-screen, interactive, and engrossing content format of the moment, Stories, may be embedded in mobile apps and websites using Storyly, a platform for user engagement. Storyly Stories strengthen the marketing strategies of mobile firms and give them the ability to interact with customers outside of the constraints of the mobile screen. 

Through this cooperation, Storyly will give marketers a fresh and engaging outlet for their efforts. Customers of CleverTap will be able to use this interactive channel to gather zero-party data on the preferences and needs of their audiences, create new segments on CleverTap in accordance with those findings, and curate user journeys to interact with their users in a way that directly addresses their responses.

Through the utilization of EventBridge technology, the integration of CleverTap and Storyly will also link the two platforms in real-time and allow narrative interactions to be used as triggers for automated, customised marketing communications. 

Users will thus encounter omnichannel ads tailored to their demands, and marketers will be able to provide a customer-centric experience with less manual work. Additionally, the real-time information from Storyly will shield users from messages that are pointless or repetitive.
