A fashion and apparel-related end-to-end supply chain platform called Showroom B2B has secured $1.35 million in a seed round of funding.
Strive VC, Gemba Capital, Titan Capital, Panthera Peak Capital, PointOne Capital, Bharat Founders Fund, Relentless VC, and other notable investors participated in the investment round.
Showroom B2B was founded by Abhishek Dua and Shubham Gupta, and it will begin operations in 2021. It asserts that by fusing the best of the physical and digital sectors, it can provide manufacturers and retailers with a special offer.
The money will primarily be used, according to the phygital apparel managed-marketplace, to open new experience stores, strengthen the technology infrastructure, create a seamless customer experience, expand the network of retailers and manufacturers, and develop new products for the domestic and international markets.
Showroom B2B had already raised $180,000 in an angel round in 2021.
At its “Experience Stores,” which are real replicas of its e-commerce app, retailers may “touch and feel” clothing. They may place orders on the app, which offers a huge selection and advantageous pricing, with that faith and confidence. With the support of this innovative method, they are able to strengthen the bonds between retailers and manufacturers, resulting in fewer returns, more frequent orders, and extended commercial relationships that benefit all parties.

Abhishek Dua, Founder, Showroom B2B, said,“The trust and confidence of the investors during these turbulent times clearly validate the work we are doing. As someone who has previously built and run multi-million-dollar businesses, we believe that each and every penny of the capital has to be judiciously deployed and have always tried to create value for all our stakeholders. With this current round also, the focus is razor-sharp to expand, execute and excel.”
“Showroom B2B is organizing the massively long-tailed apparel supply chain in India with a simple promise – to provide a broad selection of apparel to retailers at competitive prices compared to unorganized channels. As a result of their demand-first product-led approach, they have seen rapid adoption across Tier 2+ cities in India. We are thrilled to be partnering with Abhishek, Shubham, and the team on their journey,” said Siddharth Verma, Principal, Strive VC.
“We are happy to partner with Showroom B2B as the founders have a clear vision, to organize the apparel sector, and the right execution capabilities in place. We are sure that full stack marketplaces like Showroom B2B clubbed with the physical stores will significantly improve the B2B buying experience of the retailers with minimal returns,” said Bipin Shah, Partner, Titan Capital.
