TiE Hyderabad appoints Rashida Adenwala as the President

Rashida Adenwala will be the first woman to serve as president of TiE Hyderabad in 2023, according to the announcement made by the international entrepreneurial network.
The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), a nonprofit organization dedicated to entrepreneurs in all industries and at all stages of the entrepreneurial life cycle, was created in Silicon Valley in 1992. The five basic programmes that make up TiE’s efforts—mentoring, networking, education, fundraising, and incubation—have a local focus as well as a worldwide reach.
Over 15,000 entrepreneurs from across the world belong to TiE, a network with chapters in 63 cities and 14 countries. Hyderabad is one of the most active and well-known chapters in the world. Suresh Raju has given way to Rashida Adenwala as president effective immediately. R&A Associates, an integrated corporate secretarial and legal services firm that provides a comprehensive spectrum of corporate law services, was founded by Rashida Adenwala.
The new board includes Venkateswara Rao Annapragada, an investor and business mentor, as well as Rashida Adenwala, founding partner of R&A Associates, as president, Srini Chaupatla, co-founder of Manjeera Digital Systems, as vice president, and Suresh Raju, founding partner of Jupiter Alternative Investments Fund, as immediate past president of TiE Hyderabad.
While setting up the new agenda for TiE Hyderabad in 2023, Rashida Adenwala remarked, “The new leadership will continue the momentum with a focus on impact-based initiatives, cross-chapter collaboration and building corporate partnerships.”
“TiE will continue to nurture the startups through structured mentoring programs, help startup entrepreneurs connect with domestic as well global investor by collaborating with various investment platform, provide market access through the TiE’s global network as well as focus on fostering entrepreneurship in the tier 2 cities of Telangana,” Rashida commented on how TiE Hyderabad plans to impact startups during her tenure as President.
