OYO announces the launch of new category called “Super OYO”

Indian multinational hospitality OYO Hotels & Homes has announced their new launch called “Super Oyo”. The program is basically to recognize hotels that give the most consistent and high-quality customer experience. This category has been made by analysing each hotel’s performance focusing on customer ratings and reviews, keeping maximum rooms operational consistently, smooth check-in experience etc. The consumers of Oyo rooms can now see hotels marked ‘Super OYO’ while booking through the OYO App. As of now there are more than two hundred Oyo rooms which fall under the category of “Super OYO”. These are also available on the site and the company has encouraged other hotels on the same platform to work towards achieving their position towards this high demand and exclusive category. The major aim of Super OYO is to give best in class customer experience and enable them to find choices for the kind of stay according to their needs. It also provides required information about the same to make their choice and ensure comfortable and hassle-free stays at highly competitive prices.

It is going to be launched across key global markets in 2023 and the customers can easily access the Super OYOs category from the home screen by clicking on the Super OYO banner and then select from the Super Oyo store and afterwards select the destination city and browse all available hotels.
