The C2S Program intends to train specialised labour at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels in the field of semiconductor chip design. The programme would serve as a catalyst for the expansion of semiconductor design startups throughout the nation.
PM Modi stated, “We have electronically sent thousands of billions of rupees to the bank accounts of millions of women, farmers, and workers across the nation. We have made sure that more than 80 crores of our citizens have access to free rations with the help of the “One Nation. One Ration Card.”

The government is now at citizens’ doorsteps and phones, the prime minister said, thanks to the Digital India project. According to him, more than 1.25 lakh Common Service Centers and Grameen Stores are now bringing e-commerce to rural India, and technology is also being used to offer property documentation for rural properties. Modi praised the nation’s fintech ecosystem, saying that it was genuinely a solution created by, for, and by the people. Our digital solutions have scale, security, and democratic ideals.
Following the introduction of the Digital India project, several sectors in the startup ecosystem have developed. According to Modi, the government has opened up new areas including space, mapping, drones, gaming, and animation that will increase the future of digital technology’s potential for innovation.
