ZFW, a full-stack fulfilment technology platform for e-commerce brands, announced that it has raised $1.2 million from Riso Capital, SEA Fund, Lead Fund, and iconic founder angels. Qudrah National Holdings, Archana Priyadarshini (One Point Capital), Long Tail Ventures, Mohit Sadaani (The Mom’s & Co), and Aman Arora (Keventers) were among the investors in the round. The money raised will go toward accelerating recruiting and expanding technology capabilities in order to provide a more seamless delivery experience.
Madhav Kasturia, the founder of ZFW Dark Stores said that the company’s technology enables new-age brands to sell through their own channels and provide customers with a superior Amazon-like same-day delivery experience without breaking the bank or worrying about the risks associated with over-reliance on e-commerce platforms.

And with increased online shoppers, acquisition costs, and evolving brand loyalties in e-commerce post-Covid, companies must be closer to customers than ever before, with powerful technology and infrastructure to meet demand. The firm also plans to expand to 10 cities throughout India by the end of 2022. And by 2025, the fast-expanding D2C industry is estimated to reach $100 billion.
Sri Purisai, the founding partner of Riso Capital said that the company is thrilled to support Madhav and his team as they endeavour to scale the dark warehousing business. As well as Tier I or II brands throughout India can now cater to the fast-rising D2C market thanks to their revolutionary three-way integrated tech-stack and automation platform. ZFW Dark Stores is a platform that allows D2C companies to complete orders to consumers in 30 minutes, 2 hours, and same-day through its network and last-mile delivery across India, founded in 2021 by Madhav Kasturia. According to the company’s announcement, the firm now has over 150 dark stores with brands such as F&B, Personal Care, Rage Coffee, Clinikally, HUL, and Vadilal.
