GetVantage expands its leadership team by bringing on three new executives

GetVantage, India’s leading revenue-based finance network, has added three industry experts to its management team as it looks to build on its strong growth momentum. Rupesh Kumar has joined the Mumbai-based fintech as business head, Atul Akash as director of debt capital markets, and Abhishek Agarwal as head of finance and accounts.
Over 200 digital-first brands from a variety of industries have received funding from GetVantage. In comparison to traditional funding sources, which typically require firm owners to dilute stock or cede control via board seats or warrants, the company provides founders with non-dilutive development capital ranging from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 5 crore. Arata, The Healthy Company, Charcoal Eats, Flo, and Rage Coffee are among the brands that have received funding from the company.
Getvantage is establishing its most impact-driven finance and economic expansion platform for digital businesses, according to Bhavik Vasa, founder and CEO. “We are thrilled to add the depth of experience and expertise,” he said. Their appointments are a reflection of their belief in the company and the momentum it has generated.

Rupesh Kumar comes to GetVantage including over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently as a director and head of co-lending at Northern Arc Capital, where he helped establish an AUM of Rs750 crore with more than Rs3500 crore in disbursement. Atul Akash has over 12 years of corporate finance and capital markets expertise. He formerly worked with Axis Bank, Edelweiss, and Vivriti Capital, where he raised more than $2 billion in financing for corporates and NBFCs. Abhishek Agarwal comes from India Home, where he had been the CFO, and Vivriti Capital and Franklin Templeton, where he headed finance.
Chiratae Ventures (formerly IDG), Dream Incubator Japan, and Razorpay are among the investors who have backed GetVantage. GetVantage assists firms with a variety of growth solutions, including marketing, business optimization, and mentorship, in addition to non-dilutive capital.
