Natural Beauty Care Company Lotus Herbals acquires minority stake in Conscious Chemist

Natural beauty care company Lotus Herbals has recently announced that it has acquired a minority stake of 25 percent in the D2C clean beauty brand Conscious Chemist. The specific details as well as the financials of the deal still remain undisclosed by both the parties.
The recent partnership will allow the beauty care brand to combine synergies with the D2C brand to accelerate its growth in the direct to consumer space focusing primarily upon clean beauty as an aspect.
Commenting upon the recent development, the Joint Managing Director at Lotus Herbals, Nitin Passi said, “The brand also resonates with our commitment to sustainability and environmentally friendly practises. Launched a couple of years back, Conscious Chemist is a clean beauty brand that aims to deliver ace efficiency and help its customers achieve healthy skin by harnessing the benefits of natural elements. They aim to provide their customers with a natural and premier skincare regime. The startup now has a functional skincare range of assembled products spread across categories spanning face care, eye care and body care.
