Infosys Hires 3k Employees In Their US Branch.

In FY21, Infosys hired 3k employees for the third time, taking its tally of employment to a decent 30,938. Europe however sees a dip in employment from 17,671 in 2020 to 16,412 in 2021. Therefore, considering the US, Infosys continues to expand its presence outside India. They had hired 1k + fresh graduates in recent months.

The reason why Infosys hires 3k employees is because they want a diversified workforce with different ideas, skills and experience. It is way past the 2017 commitment of hiring 10,000 US employees. They have made an effort in hiring local individuals.Infosys has also altered their hiring process. Their LaunchPad tool makes the hiring process hassle free and faster.
