SportZchain raises $400K in pre-seed funding
SportZchain, the country’s first blockchain-based fan engagement platform, recently announced that it raised $400 thousand in its pre-seed round of funding led by Darq Capital. The round also saw participation from investors like Jagadeesh Atukuri (Comply Dot) and SHISAN Investments.
The startup plans on using the capital raised to develop the alpha-version of its block-chain based application and increase brand awareness.
SportZchain spokesperson stated, “We are delighted to close our pre-seed funding round successfully. We are also proud to attract relevant investors like Darq Capital, Comply Dot, and Shisan Investments, who believed in our idea and the long-term vision to create a disruptive fan engagement platform that can benefit multiple stakeholders.”
Founded in 2021 by Siddharth Jaiswali, the Singapore-based startup is a blockchain-based platform for fans to crowd-manage their favourite teams, games, leagues, events, and more.
