InMobi to acquire UK-based Appsumer in expansion drive
Adtech company InMobi is all set to acquire UK-based performance insight platform for mobile advertisements Appsumer for an undisclosed amount. The two have, reportedly, signed a definitive agreement.
This acquisition was announced as a part of InMobi’s ongoing expansion drive. The company recently launched InMobi Teleco to assist mobile carriers and handset makers to optimise and diversify their customer experiences and revenue streams.
The recently acquired Appsumer provides its clients with a 360-degree view of performance of advertisements across marketing channels. The company counts Viber and Picsart as its clients. Appsumer will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary of InMobi with founder and CEO Shumel Lais joining InMobi alongside with his entire team.
