Rulezero raises $2.5M in seed round from Valiant Capital and others
Fintech startup Rulezero raised $2.5M in seed round of funding from Valiant Capital, The Treasury, Blume Founders Fund, and YourNest Venture Capital among others. The company plans to use the capital raised to expand the current team, enhance their product offerings, and scale customer deployment.
Hissa is a platform provided by the SaaS startup. It manages ownership data of its clients, automates share insurance processes, and manages ESOPs among other services.
Founded in 2019, Bangalore-based Rulezero is building its customer base rapidly. “We are onboarding early stage startups and unicorns at a rapid pace and are pleased to welcome the new investors to the company. With the current pace of funding in the country, Rulezero has a larger pool of prospective customers.” said co-founder Srinivas Katta.
With startups like Flipkart initiating more ESOP buybacks, the practice is steadily gaining traction in the current ecosystem.
