WeClinic Homeopathy Targets ₹100 Crore Revenue in Three Years, Driven by Regional Language Expansion

When it comes to healthcare in India, it is certain that the next wave of growth will be driven by accessibility. And that’s exactly what WeClinic Homeopathy, a digital-first homeopathy chain, is betting on as it sets its sights on ₹100 crore in revenue within the next three years.
Once seen as an alternative form of medicine, homeopathy is gradually moving into mainstream awareness, especially for chronic lifestyle conditions such as migraine, thyroid imbalance, PCOD, arthritis, and respiratory issues. In recent years, there has been a visible cultural shift as people are looking for treatments that go beyond symptom suppression and offer holistic, side-effect-free healing.
This is where WeClinic has found its niche. Founded by Alok Katiyar and Dr. Deeksha Katiyar, WeClinic has already made a mark with its digital consultation and doorstep delivery model. But the next phase of growth, they say, will come from reaching people in their own language.
Making healthcare feel like home
“Healthcare should not feel distant,” says Alok Katiyar. “When a patient can talk in the language they think and feel in, half the healing begins right there.” India speaks in over 19,500 dialects and 22 official languages, a fact that often limits access to healthcare information and guidance. WeClinic’s expansion strategy directly addresses this gap.
That belief forms the heart of WeClinic’s regional language expansion plan. The company is preparing to roll out services in languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, and Marathi, in addition to Hindi and English. The idea is to reach people not just digitally, but emotionally and culturally.
India’s growing acceptance of homeopathy adds strength to this plan. According to industry reports, the Indian homeopathy market is growing at an annual rate of around 11%, with the number of practising homeopathic doctors now exceeding 3 lakh. This rise is driven by an increasing demand for natural, side-effect-free treatments and a push for affordable preventive care.
Scaling with trust and technology
WeClinic’s approach is built around teleconsultations and medicine delivery, a model that has already served thousands of patients every month across cities and small towns. The next step is to strengthen its supply chain, build regional operations teams, and integrate language-specific health managers to ensure each patient gets care that feels personal and reliable.
In 2024 alone, WeClinic facilitated over 4 lakh consultations across India, supported by an advanced electronic health record (EHR) system that helps practitioners map patient history and outcomes more effectively.
Dr. Deeksha Katiyar explains, “We don’t just want to translate care, we want to humanise it. When people understand their treatment in their own language, compliance improves, and so do outcomes.”
The clinic’s platform is already seeing repeat consultations from 70% of its users, which shows growing trust in remote homeopathy care. The brand also plans to introduce AI-driven treatment assistance, helping doctors identify recurring health patterns and optimise medicine selection for chronic diseases.
A mission beyond numbers
While ₹100 crore sounds ambitious, the founders insist that this goal is about impact more than income.
“The dream isn’t just to grow big,” Alok says, “but to grow right. If we can make homeopathy reachable for people sitting in tier-2 and tier-3 towns, if we can give them quality care in the language they understand, that will be the real success.”
WeClinic’s expansion is also a reflection of a changing India where people are moving from generic healthcare to personalised, preventive systems that align with their lifestyle.
The way forward
In the coming months, WeClinic plans to open more offices, build stronger collaborations with homeopathic medicine manufacturers, and continue investing in digital infrastructure.
The goal is not just to reach a number, but to build a healthcare model that’s as inclusive as it is innovative.
As Dr. Deeksha puts it, “Every patient who feels heard, every life that feels cared for — that’s our real milestone.”
