USEReady secures funding from Boston-based PE firm Abry Partners

USEReady, a strategic data and analytics partner based in New York, has secured an unknown amount of expansion money from Boston-based private equity firm Abry Partners to expand its investments and emphasis in India. According to the firm, a portion of the funds will be used to fund innovation and the development of the new intellectual property. A large portion of the funding will be utilised to fivefold the company’s Indian operations. This year, the company plans to hire 1,000 data analysts and engineers in India. The firm currently employs 400 people in six offices across the world.
Uday Hegde, the CEO of the company said that USEReady is the ideal partner for any contemporary CDO, with processes based around visual analytics, cloud data, AI/ML, and engineering services (Chief Data Officer). Its order book has expanded by over 55%, and the time is perfect to bring on a reputable institutional partner that understands scale. He also added that they would use these funds to accelerate the worldwide expansion goals, with a particular focus on India.

USEReady, founded in 2011 by Uday Hegde and Lalit Bakshi, has produced data analytics technologies that fill gaps in technology vendor offerings. The company has also announced that it will invest in various Tier II and Tier III locations in India to build data analytics skills. Apart from Gurugram and Bengaluru, it has launched offices in Mohali and Chandigarh. It also has locations in New York, New Jersey, and Toronto, where it serves high-tech and Fortune 500 customers.
USEReady primarily serves the banking, financial services, and insurance industries (BFSI), and offers end-to-end solutions to assist companies traversing difficult problems like legacy modernisation, data monetisation, data governance, and security, as well as cloud migration.
