Teachmint, an education infra and teaching platform, has acquired My Class Campus, an educational ERP player that enables campuses to digitise their operations, management, and communication from end to end, the company announced on January 28.

Teachmint has now acquired four companies: Teach more, Teachee India team, and Air learn. Teachmint expects the acquisition to help them expand their offerings for schools and institutes by combining ERP software with their own learning management system (LMS), according to the company. The startup, on the other hand, did not disclose the deal’s size.

My Class Campus is a campus management solution founded in 2017 by Rachit Dave, Rutvij Vora, and Raj Kothari. It allows schools, colleges, and coaching centres to digitise all of their operations, including online admissions, HR and payroll management, performance management, and communication management, among other things. The company claims to have served over 1500 institutes and two million students in India and abroad since its inception.
