Southeast Asian hospitality platform RedDoorz is expanding in Indonesia by adding 100 new “company-operated” partner properties, with plans for another 100 to 150 by 2027, according to its February 26 statement.
The term “company-operated” means RedDoorz will be operating and managing the properties under its brands on behalf of their actual owners.
The company currently manages about 100 such properties and operates 4,300 partner properties across Indonesia and the Philippines.
RedDoorz said it is implementing AI-driven tools, including an AI copilot called RedPilot, to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
The new properties will operate under RedDoorz, Sans, and Urbanview brands, targeting different customer segments.
The company added Indonesia remains a key market, driven by domestic travel demand and a preference for affordable, reliable accommodations.
