Recruitment Platform Kula raises $2.7 million in a funding round


The recruitment automation platform Kula recently announced that it has raised a sum of $2.7 million in a funding round led by Venture Highway. The round also witnessed participation from prominent investors including Together Fund and Global Founders Capital.  

The company officials have specified that the startup aims to utilise the freshly infused funds to launch their products in the market along with garnering a user base for the brand. Furthermore, the startup also intends to expand into global markets while growing in the niche Indian market.

Talking about the recent round of funding and the successive plans, the co-founder and CEO of Kula, Achuthanand Tanjore Ravi said, “The next milestone for us is to achieve around 50 customers by the end of 2022. We are continuing to invest in other product offerings. Currently, we only support two modules – Outreach and Circles. But in the future, we are also looking to solve problems around scheduling and the likes to create the flywheel of reducing the turnaround time in the process with regard to recruiting.”
