Porter collaborates as a logistics partner with GoMechanic to improve the customer experience

Porter and GoMechanic have teamed up to offer the business seamless logistical support, assuring efficient operations and a better client experience. GoMechanic has been receiving logistics services from Porter’s enterprise solution, Porter For Enterprise (PFE), in 8 locations, including Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi NCR, and Mumbai.

Through this collaboration, Porter has aided GoMechanic in transporting and distributing replacement parts among suppliers, warehouses, and end users. GoMechanic successfully raised client retention from 7 percent to 11 percent by eliminating the inefficiencies in its logistics system, increasing margins and reducing resource waste.
