Ola Electric offers same-day 4680 Bharat Cell EV delivery

Ola Electric has introduced “Hyperdelivery,” a same-day registration and delivery service for its 4680 Bharat Cell–powered electric scooters in Bengaluru, applying quick-commerce efficiency to EV purchases.

Under Hyperdelivery, customers purchasing eligible Ola scooters—led by the S1 Pro+ with the homegrown 4680 Bharat Cell—can finish payment, registration, and handover in a single day, either online or at an Ola store. Ola leverages its direct-to-consumer approach and streamlined digital RTO processes to eliminate traditional dealership and paperwork delays, enabling buyers to “purchase in the morning and ride home the same evening” within Bengaluru limits.

The initiative falls under Ola’s “Hyperservice” umbrella, which encompasses in-app bookings and a complete after-sales ecosystem, and highlights its “India Inside” vision of manufacturing EVs, batteries, software, and services domestically. The 4680 Bharat Cell, made at Ola’s Krishnagiri Gigafactory in Tamil Nadu, offers superior energy density, quicker charging, enhanced safety, and reduced costs, which Ola expects to improve margins and support competitive pricing.

By merging same-day delivery with indigenous technology, Ola aims to bridge the gap between purchase intent and ownership, mirroring how ultra-fast delivery has transformed e-commerce. A successful Bengaluru rollout could extend Hyperdelivery to other cities, redefining expectations for high-value purchases like electric vehicles in India.
