Nruthya Madappa has been promoted to Director at venture capital firm 3one4 Capital

Nruthya Madappa, a Principal at early-stage venture capital company 3one4 Capital, has been promoted to Director. She will continue to develop and build the Growth and Capital vertical as the VC firm’s first Director.
Madappa has driven topline and capital growth for the portfolio at 3one4 Capital since joining the business as Principal and Head of Growth and Capital Development in 2020. She has assisted the firm’s portfolio firms and founders in planning and achieving financial and strategic goals such as capital raising, revenue acceleration, mergers and acquisitions, and exits.
Madappa was the managing partner of The CoWrks Foundry, an early-stage company accelerator, where he managed investments in over 25 firms before joining 3one4 Capital. She also created worldwide collaborations for the program with Yale and Columbia Universities.
In 2021, 3one4 Capital concluded 51 agreements, including 28 early stages (pre-seed, seed, and pre-series A) investments, 23 growth and late-stage (Series A and above) deals, and 11 follow-on rounds for its portfolio businesses from top-tier local and worldwide VCs, PEs, and strategic investors at greater valuations.
The VC company currently oversees an amalgamate corpus of Rs 2,300 Cr ($300 Mn) as well as a portfolio of over 70 early-stage investments with its third early-stage fund and fifth overall fund.
