Jupiter Meta is launching India’s first music NFTs

NFTs are transforming how we store data. The NFT wave certifies all digital assets, including photographs and audio. While it is commonly known that NFTs can be used to represent real-world assets such as artwork and real estate, India is about to see the first launch of music NFTs.

Jupiter Meta, India’s first completely curated NFT marketplace, is preparing to sell music NFTs in the country. Karthik, a singer, and composer recognized for his work in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam films, will perform a unique metaverse solo concert on April 14, 2022, to make the music NFTs available.

The introduction of NFT is a watershed moment for the music industry since it will allow musicians the right to control their work and connect them directly with their fans. NFTs will assist musicians and creators in a variety of ways. These audio snippets will give consumers a sense of ownership and financial freedom.

Visitors will be treated to some classic songs as well as two brand-new compositions that will be performed for the first time. The new tracks will be sent to ticket holders as music NFTs, and while they can be played for personal use, commercial use may result in royalties for the musician.

Karthik was thrilled to be able to engage with his fans in such a unique way. The metaverse concert is one of Jupiter Meta’s goals to establish a metaverse for everyone, following the country’s first-of-its-kind digital wall art initiative, the ‘Icons of Singara Chennai’ project. Visitors are welcome to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the event to tour the room and catch up with friends. Payments can be made by Internet banking, debit and credit cards, and UPI. To purchase a ticket, you do not need a cryptocurrency wallet.
