SkillingYou and FHLE Forge Strategic Partnership to Empower Rural India Through Skilling, Education, and Youth Leadership

In a powerful step toward building a more inclusive and empowered Bharat, SkillingYou (Flambeau Education Pvt. Ltd.) and the Foundation for Health and Learning Empowerment (FHLE) have formally entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on scalable initiatives focused on skill development, career readiness, and grassroots innovation.

The MoU, signed by Praveen Kumar Rajbhar, Founder & CEO of SkillingYou, and Jyotasana Apoorva, CEO of FHLE, outlines a strategic alliance that aims to equip India’s youth—particularly those in rural and underserved regions—with the tools, mentorship, and opportunities needed to thrive in the 21st-century economy.

Addressing the Skilling Gap at the Grassroots

India’s skilling and employment landscape continues to face challenges of accessibility, quality, and relevance—especially in Tier 2, Tier 3 towns, and rural belts. Recognizing this gap, SkillingYou and FHLE have come together to co-design and implement interventions that go beyond just training. Their focus lies in empowerment through mentorship, exposure, and opportunity creation.

Under the partnership, the organizations will collaborate across a spectrum of initiatives, including:

Entrepreneurship and career readiness programs

Employability and life skills training

Youth mentoring and leadership development

Career counseling and startup bootcamps

Community development and education awareness campaigns

One of the marquee initiatives under this partnership is the Young Bharat Olympiad (YBO)—a nationwide talent discovery campaign targeting school and college youth across rural India. YBO will offer young minds a platform to showcase their skills, access guidance, and receive recognition, thereby igniting aspirations and unlocking potential.

Leveraging Technology for Inclusive Learning

SkillingYou brings to the table its proven digital learning platforms and proprietary tools like Education 2.0, EmployFit, FoundrFit, and English-speaking applications—designed to make practical, employability-focused learning accessible to all. These platforms will be integrated into FHLE’s on-ground programs to enhance the impact of community interventions.

“True transformation begins when technology meets trust. At SkillingYou, we’ve created tools that are simple, scalable, and focused on outcomes. Partnering with FHLE allows us to take this vision deeper into the heartlands of India,” said Praveen Kumar Rajbhar, Founder & CEO of SkillingYou. “This collaboration is not just about digital skilling, it’s about enabling dreams.”

FHLE, on the other hand, brings deep grassroots engagement, strong community relationships, and robust systems for last-mile delivery of health, education, and livelihood services. With registrations under Section 8, 12A, 80G, and CSR-1, FHLE is equipped to mobilize resources and implement programs with credibility and impact.

“Together, we are building a model that combines purpose, process, and performance. SkillingYou’s digital innovation, combined with FHLE’s field strength and nonprofit governance, gives us the perfect foundation to scale social impact,” said Jyotasana Apoorva, CEO of FHLE.

Governance, Resource Mobilization, and Joint Implementation

As per the MoU, the partnership will also explore opportunities for joint fundraising through CSR grants, sponsorships, and institutional collaborations. Either party may serve as the fund recipient depending on project eligibility, with clearly defined implementation responsibilities and monitoring mechanisms.

Both parties have agreed to maintain the intellectual property rights of their respective tools and resources while co-owning any jointly created content or methodology. A joint working group will be formed to coordinate implementation, conduct regular reviews, and ensure strategic alignment.

Furthermore, all communications, planning, and decisions under this partnership will be governed by transparency, written documentation, and mutual consent—ensuring long-term sustainability and accountability.

A Call to Empower Bharat’s Youth

This MoU stands not just as a document, but as a statement of shared intent—to empower, uplift, and transform. At its core, the partnership believes in the power of proximity: that when skilling meets empathy, and innovation meets inclusion, we don’t just train individuals—we transform communities.

As India navigates its next phase of development, partnerships like these serve as a reminder that public good can be achieved through strategic collaboration between the social and entrepreneurial sectors.

With this alliance, FHLE and SkillingYou have laid the foundation for a future where rural youth are no longer left behind—but are leading from the front.
