Online dispute resolution (ODR) pioneer Presolv360 has announced the close of a $4.7 million Series A funding round, led by Elevation Capital with additional participation from MGA Ventures and a group of angel investors. The fresh infusion will power the Mumbai-based startup’s next phase of growth, strengthening its technology and pushing for wider adoption of digital legal solutions.
Founded in 2017 by Bhaven Shah, Namitha Shah, and Aman Sanghavi, Presolv360 offers a cutting-edge ODR platform that blends artificial intelligence and bespoke workflow modules to simplify and accelerate the arbitration and mediation process. By integrating legal technology with human expertise, the company aims to make dispute resolution significantly faster, more accessible, and cost effective.
With over 100 enterprises as clients across sectors, Presolv360 is now a recognized fixture in India’s digital public infrastructure. The platform is empaneled by courts and actively operates within the securities market’s dispute redressal mechanism, establishing credibility in both public and private domains.
The new capital will be directed toward expansion into new forms of dispute resolution, fortification of Presolv360’s legal tech infrastructure, and market acceleration strategies—especially those driven by AI. The company also plans significant team expansion to support its ambitious roadmap.
“Our vision extends beyond just resolving disputes,” shared Namitha Shah, Co-founder and CEO. “Dispute resolution was our starting point, and today, the broader opportunity lies in building end-to-end infrastructure by blending the latest technologies and human ingenuity that will revolutionize the global dispute resolution landscape.”
Since launch, the startup claims to have facilitated more than one million dispute resolutions, engaging over 2.5 million parties from 12,000 Indian pin codes. According to Presolv360, its platform has delivered a sevenfold increase in successful resolutions, driving a 65% reduction in both costs and time for legal settlements.
Presolv360’s core clientele comprises financial services organizations, including banks and fintech firms. The company operates in a competitive ODR space, with other significant players like Sama, Cadr.in, Jupitice, and Webnyay making their mark in the digital dispute resolution arena.
