Pepperfry appoints Nishant Kumar as VP and national head of studios

The leading e-commerce furniture and home goods company Pepperfry has announced the appointment of Nishant Kumar as the Vice President and National Head of Studios. Nishant will be in charge of growing Pepperfry’s studio footprint across the country. His appointment is effective immediately, and he will be based in Pepperfry’s Mumbai office.
With 180+ studios spread over 90+ locations, the firm has the largest omnichannel reach in India. With 21 years of expertise in sales, business strategy, financial planning, operations, and zonal planning, Nishant joins Pepperfry. Nishant formerly managed an eco-system of 2700 retail outlets for Vodafone-Idea.The brand’s omnichannel approach is incredibly significant, and Pepperfry Studios is a crucial consumer touchpoint.
Pepperfry Studios is a key consumer touchpoint in the brand’s omnichannel strategy. Nishant has 21 years of experience in sales, business strategies, financial planning, operations, and zonal planning. Nishant previously managed an eco-system of 2700 retail stores for Vodafone-Idea. Nishant Sharma will now report to all studio regional managers at Pepperfry. He holds a master’s degree in marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from IHMCTAN in Kolkata.
