The customer and field service platform Neuron7, which uses artificial intelligence (AI), has secured $10 million (about Rs 53 crore) in a Series A fundraising round that was jointly led by Nexus Venture Partners and Battery Ventures. The company intends to utilise the capital to develop its customer service intelligence platform, build its product and customer teams in the US and India, and aid businesses in quickly diagnosing and resolving problems.
Vinay Saini and Niken Patel founded Neuron7 in 2020. It aids businesses in making informed service selections on a broad scale. By absorbing and evaluating signals from structured and unstructured corporate data as well as inputs from leading experts, the company asserts that it can give service predictions in a matter of seconds.
Niken Patel, the CEO of the firm said, “Knowledge is isolated in an organisation. Systems, data, and specialists are used to provide support, field service, and technical knowledge. Neuron7.ai provides an enterprise-wide resolution system of record by rethinking how intelligence is gathered and communicated across silos in the business.”

Since its launch, Keysight Technologies, Xilinx, Parkview Healthcare, SoftTek, and other businesses have reportedly used Neuron7. Abhishek Sharma, managing director of Nexus Venture Partners commented, “We’re happy to be growing our investment in and deepening our cooperation with Neuron7.ai.” He also said, “We admire Neuron7’s goal of combining AI and NLP to assist clients to address any issue in seconds and convert customer care into a profit centre.”
Bill Binch, an operating partner at Battery Ventures stated, “The technology from Neuron7 has been shown to increase productivity for its users. Customers are pleased because their problems are resolved more quickly since it speeds up ticket response and lessens the burden on customer service representatives.”
