Mr. Lad brings with him a wealth of experience, having graduated from IIM Ahmedabad and accumulated an impressive 18-year track record in the media and entertainment industry. He has previously worked with renowned consumer-facing businesses, including ZEE Entertainment International, Disney STAR, and Chingari. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles, where he played a pivotal part in scaling businesses to enhance valuation, revenue, P&L management, growth, and marketing efforts.
