FastJobs.io, a job-tech platform raises an undisclosed sum from the co-founders of BookMyShow and others

FastJobs.io, a job-tech platform, has raised an undisclosed sum in a pre-seed round from a group of super angel investors led by Ashish Hemrajani, founder and CEO of BookMyShow, Parikshit Dar, co-founder and director of BookMyShow, Haresh Chawla, founder and CEO of Network18, and Partner, TrueNorth, among others.

More than 30 prominent angel investors and start-up executives participated, including Amit Lakhotia, Founder & CEO, of Park+, Yatin Shah, Founder & Joint CEO, of IIFL Wealth, Karan Bhagat, Founder, and MD & CEO, of IIFL Wealth, Sidharth Rao, Co-Founder, Dentsu WebChutney and Co-founder Punt Partners, Sanchit Malik, Founder & CEO, PazCare, Upneet Grover, Founder & CEO, GetMyUni, Bhargav Errangi, Former Senior Director, Flipkart, Rahul Mathur, Founder & CEO, Verak, Rahul Jain, Co-founder and COO, Drum Foods (Epigamia & Hokey Pokey), Ajeet Khurana, Founder & CEO, Reflexical among others.

FastJobs.io is a global Job-Tech platform that connects top companies and start-ups with relevant, qualified talent worldwide within 7 days. It was co-founded in February 2022 by Yash Dandavate, Co-Founder & CEO (alumnus of London Business School), Ashish Dogra, Co-Founder and CTO (alumnus of IIT Roorkee), and Neelu Virk, Co-Founder and Chief People Officer. Since its launch less than 8 months ago, Fastjobs.io has connected more than 500 job seekers with more than 100 businesses. Fastjobs.io has successfully turned EBITDA positive after delivering jobs worth more than Rs 30 cr in this brief period. Currently, the job-tech platform handles hiring for more than 100 top start-ups, including Khatabook, Scaler Academy, NoBroker, TrulyMadly, and top enterprise SaaS companies.

Fastjobs.io will use the cash collected to develop new SaaS products for Intelligent Recruiting and to expand worldwide throughout the USA and SEA areas. FastHQ.io, a new AI SaaS product from the company, is an intelligent collaborative hiring suite that promises to revolutionise hiring for start-ups in a variety of industries. FastHQ.io offers AI/ML solutions for quicker, more collaborative, and automated hiring processes that are supported by human input to deliver precise tech talent matches within 48 hours. FastHQ.io enables businesses to receive pre-screened prospects vetted across more than 20 parameters within 48 hours, reducing both regular hiring timelines and costs by about 80%. Features include job campaigns, gamified pipeline management system, a collaborative hiring workspace, candidate engagement, and pay-per-credit prospects.
