Cross-border Logistics Platform ShipGlobal Secures $2.5 Million Funding from InfoEdge Ventures


ShipGlobal, a cross-border logistics platform founded in 2022 by Aayush Anand, Angad Arora, and Vaibhav Kapur, has secured a substantial $2.5 million funding round from InfoEdge Ventures, an early-stage VC fund supported by InfoEdge and Temasek. This injection of funds is earmarked for enhancing technological capabilities, fortifying business operations, and

broadening its global presence to encompass additional countries. The primary objective of ShipGlobal is to facilitate Indian SMEs’ expansion into the international market by furnishing them with cost-effective and dependable logistics solutions.

The platform specializes in simplifying international shipping for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in India, offering an integrated suite of services that encompasses customs clearance, shipment tracking, and real-time rate information.

ShipGlobal has made significant strides since its inception, having expanded its footprint to over 15 regional offices across India and successfully delivering more than half a million packages.

Moreover, the company boasts a commendable gross merchandise value (GMV) of over Rs 3,000 crore, indicative of its substantial market presence and impact within the industry.

Aayush Anand, Co-founder and CEO of ShipGlobal, expressed their strategic vision following this funding round, stating, “With this round, we are aiming to elevate our technology, streamline operations, expand export routes, and optimise our network.”
