According to Jacob Joseph, the Vice President of Data Science at CleverTap, studies reveal that marketers now have a mere two seconds to seize users’ attention in the digital realm. This limited timeframe necessitates the use of AI-powered campaigns that leverage the right emotions to engage users effectively. These advancements in AI have the potential to unlock a new frontier for marketers and revive the significance of technology in MarTech, as stated in a recent statement by Joseph.
Furthermore, CleverTap has announced that their cutting-edge technology, Scribe, has the ability to analyze the emotions conveyed in messages and provide suggestions for more effective alternatives.
