Indian wealth firm unit 360 One Asset raises $254m

Indian wealth and asset management firm 360 ONE Asset has raised about $254 million (₹2,300 crore) for its real assets platform, strengthening its push into infrastructure and income-generating commercial real estate.
The capital has been raised through a Category-II alternative investment fund dedicated to real assets. The fund is structured to invest in a mix of core, cash-yielding assets and late-stage development projects, aiming to offer investors stable income along with long-term capital appreciation. It focuses on sectors such as infrastructure and commercial real estate that offer durable, inflation-linked cash flows.
360 ONE Asset has already deployed most of the committed capital into marquee transactions, with the remaining amount expected to be invested over the coming months. Key deals include investments alongside listed and unlisted real estate and infrastructure investment trusts and platforms such as Knowledge Realty Trust, Vertis Infra Trust, Maple Infrastructure Trust and Brookfield-backed Bluegrass Business Park. This co-investment model lets the fund ride on institutional-grade governance and asset quality while accessing scaled opportunities.
Beyond this fund, the firm has also mobilised additional capital for real assets from its proprietary network of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and select family offices across India, taking total assets under management in its real assets vertical to around ₹10,000 crore as of September 2025. Overall, 360 ONE Asset manages more than $10 billion across listed markets and alternatives, with about $5 billion in alternate AUM spanning AIFs, PMS, ETFs and mutual funds.
Niraj Murarka, CIO – Real Assets at 360 ONE Asset, has framed the strong response as a vote of confidence in real assets as a “durable, income-oriented allocation” and in the firm’s ability to execute with discipline across market cycles. The strategy blends operational, yield-generating assets with late-stage development projects to create a diversified, resilient return profile in India’s growing infrastructure and commercial real estate markets.
