GobbleCube Raises $15 Mn Series A, Scales AI-Driven Brand Analytics Platform Amid Founder Dilution

New Delhi, India | April 2026

Gurugram-based AI-powered brand analytics platform GobbleCube has raised $15 million (₹135 crore) in a Series A funding round led by Susquehanna Venture Capital, with participation from existing backers Info Edge Ventures and Kae Capital. This marks the company’s second funding round within a year, underscoring strong investor confidence in its growth trajectory.

Funding Details and Valuation Surge

According to regulatory filings, GobbleCube issued equity and Series A preference shares at an issue price of ₹35,776 each to raise the fresh capital. Susquehanna led the round with an investment of ₹81 crore (~$9 million), while Info Edge Ventures and Kae Capital contributed ₹31.5 crore and ₹22.5 crore respectively.

Following this round, GobbleCube’s valuation has surged more than fourfold to approximately ₹612 crore (~$68 million) post-money, compared to ₹145 crore during its $3.5 million seed round in July 2025. To date, the startup has raised over $20 million across three funding rounds.

Shareholding and ESOP Expansion

Post allotment, Info Edge Ventures remains the largest shareholder with an 18.23% stake, followed by Kae Capital at 16.57%. Susquehanna Venture Capital now holds 13.24% in the company.

The co-founding team—Manas Gupta, Srikumar Nair, and Nitesh Jindal—each retain a 9.34% stake after the round, reflecting a combined dilution of over 70% since inception.

In addition, GobbleCube has expanded its ESOP pool by 3,333 options worth around ₹12 crore, bringing the total ESOP pool to 18,333 shares, or 10.72% of its total share capital, signaling a continued focus on talent acquisition and retention.

Building the Future of AI-Led Commerce

Founded in 2022, GobbleCube offers an AI-driven platform designed to help consumer brands streamline and optimize digital commerce operations. Its capabilities span demand forecasting, pricing optimization, supply chain management, and performance analytics.

By aggregating data from marketplaces and internal systems, the platform enables automated decision-making and operational efficiency. The company claims to have onboarded 400+ brands across enterprise and D2C segments, with a growing footprint across India, the Middle East (MENA), and Latin America (LATAM).

Competitive Landscape

GobbleCube operates in a highly competitive global market, going up against established players such as CommerceIQ, Profitero, and NielsenIQ. Its differentiation lies in its AI-first approach tailored for emerging markets and fast-scaling D2C brands.

Founder Dilution: A Growing Trend

The significant dilution seen in GobbleCube’s cap table highlights a broader trend within India’s startup ecosystem, where founders are increasingly trading equity for rapid access to growth capital. While this strategy accelerates scaling, it also raises questions around long-term ownership, governance, and strategic control.

As early-stage startups push aggressively for market expansion and global competitiveness, the balance between capital infusion and founder control continues to evolve—making GobbleCube a notable case study in this shifting dynamic.
