Enterprise AI platform Zenalyst raises pre-seed funding

Zenalyst, an enterprise AI platform based in Bengaluru, has raised Rs 3 crore, or roughly $300,000, in a pre-seed funding round backed by angel and corporate investors. The round includes SKIL Cabs, GERP Technologies, Anurag Jain, Manish Kumar Jeloka, Pratap Padode, Siddarth Razdan, and P H Corp
The startup is building what it describes as an agentic AI platform for enterprise execution. Its main product, ZenForce, is designed to help businesses use AI agents across important workflows such as treasury, procurement, and legal operations.
In simple terms, Zenalyst is trying to move AI beyond answering questions and generating reports. The company wants its software to support everyday business processes, analyse information, identify what needs attention, and help teams take action. That could be useful for companies that still manage large parts of their operations through spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected software systems.
The challenge for enterprises is rarely a lack of data. Most businesses already have information spread across finance tools, enterprise resource-planning systems, documents, banking platforms, and internal applications. The harder problem is bringing that information together and turning it into decisions that teams can act on quickly. Zenalyst’s platform is designed around this need for a more connected intelligence layer.
The fresh capital will be used to strengthen ZenForce and expand Zenalyst’s library of AI agents. The company is initially focusing on treasury, procurement, and legal workflows, areas where businesses often deal with repetitive tasks, large amounts of documentation, and detailed approval processes.
Starting with specific business functions could help Zenalyst build practical products rather than trying to solve every enterprise problem at once. If its agents can demonstrate measurable improvements, such as reducing manual work, speeding up approvals, or helping teams identify risks earlier, the platform may have a stronger chance of earning customer trust.
At the same time, enterprise AI comes with important responsibilities. Companies need reliable outputs, clear audit trails, data protection, and human oversight before they allow AI to influence financial or legal decisions. Zenalyst will need to show that its agents are not only intelligent, but also dependable and safe to use in sensitive workflows.
For now, the pre-seed round gives Zenalyst the resources to improve its technology, test its platform with businesses, and build its early team. The company is still at the beginning of its journey, but its focus on turning enterprise data into practical action places it in one of the most closely watched areas of the technology market.
